Job Description

Job Scope:-

*Prepare and update JMB financial records such as account statements, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

*Manage the collection of maintenance fees, sinking fund, and other charges from unit owners.

*Monitor outstanding payments (arrears) and prepare the monthly arrears report.

*Prepare payment vouchers for utility bills, vendors, and contractors.

*Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial reports for JMB/AGM meetings.

*Handle payments via cheque, bank transfer, or other methods approved by the JMB.

Experience:

Previously handled Advelsoft system or familiar with JagAccount accounting software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
