Job Description


Role

  • Support management\'s personal task and hiring process.
  • Prepare documentations
  • Arranging events
  • Compiling documents from other teams for management
  • Follow up on meetings with management and team to get an expected schedule for all pending documents. Keep track of timeliness of documents.
  • Other adhoc task by management and other teams
Expectation:
  • Working closely with Management, Tender & Project Team, Accounting & Finance Team.
  • Comply to accordance Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
  • Technology savvy and enjoys teamwork
  • Diploma in Business Admininstration / Has experience in this field
  • Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,400.00 per month Benefits:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
