to support our Fleet & Logistics Department. You'll help with vehicle monitoring, fuel and maintenance records, claims, and other admin work to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with daily vehicle tracking and reporting using the Cartrack system.
Update fuel usage and maintenance records, and verify supporting documents.
Prepare memos and claims for fuel top-ups and service payments.
Check and match driver records with vehicle activity reports.
Coordinate with the Logistics Supervisor and other departments on vehicle or service matters.
Help with vehicle insurance and roadtax renewals.
Maintain the list of vehicles and machinery, and keep all documents up to date.
Monitor and manage company fuel cards - adjust card limits, check transactions, and assign cards to drivers.
Handle the handover and return of vehicles and fuel cards for new and resigned employees.
Check and follow up on traffic or vehicle summons to ensure timely settlement.
Do other admin and filing tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Business, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in admin or fleet support (fresh grads are welcome).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Basic knowledge of vehicle/fleet systems (Cartrack, Smartpay, etc.) is a plus.
