Admin Assistant
to join our team in Kapar, Selangor. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative tasks (Data entry, Filing, Documentation).
Reply to messages and handle incoming calls.
Assist the Director with daily ad-hoc tasks (Personal Assistant duties).
Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel).
Language: Able to communicate in basic English and Mandarin/Malay.
Attitude is everything:
Willing to learn, responsible, and fast learner. Training will be provided.
