Your Responsibilities
Help with daily admin tasks (scheduling, data entry, filing, managing calendar)
Support basic marketing work like social media posts and basic Canva designs
Prepare and format documents, reports, and proposals
Communicate with clients and vendors (email, chat, calls)
Keep project folders and trackers up to date
Assist with basic website or content updates
Help the manager with coordination and research
Take the initiative to solve small problems independently
You Should Be
Proficient in English & Mandarin (must be able to speak, read and write)
Organised, cheerful, and a fast learner
Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly
Owns a PC / laptop (Windows / Mac) with stable internet connection
Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Canva
Interested in marketing, AI, or business growth
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
