-Answers phone calls and emails. -Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials -Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions -Compiling, maintaining and updating company records -Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary -Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence. -Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items -Performs other related duties as assigned.
