Handle day-to-day general office administrative matters.
Manage and maintain overall HACCP documentation and compliance, including updating procedures and manuals, controlling records and machine lists, monitoring SDS validity and coordinating with relevant service providers such as pest control, calibration, laboratory testing, courier and maintenance services.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations and other internal documents as required.
Support Purchasing, Quality Control (QC), Production and Logistics departments on administrative and documentation matters.
Manage company documents and internal records, ensuring proper document control and filing system.
Assist in preparation of documents for internal and external audits when required.
Prepare monthly reports, including charts and graphs, for management review.
Monitor and maintain Customs Forms records and provide updates to management when required.
Manage and maintain company Google Drive, ensuring documents are properly organized, updated and accessible.
Qualifications:
Preferably someone with Administration experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
