ADMIN COORDINATOR

Admin Coordinator responsible for assisting and supporting the team with daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure the company runs smoothly and efficiently. Also include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling documents and data, assisting with inventory and procurement, involve with research and development task, communicating between teams, HQ team, and 3rd parties, and providing logistical support. The role requires strong organizational, communication, problem-solving skills, and Food & Beverage knowledge.

Key responsibilities

-Functional & Administrative Support

-Operational Process & Budget Administration

-Operational coordination

-Data and document management

-Inventory and procurement

-Communication, Quality and Efficiency

Experience: Experience in hospitality and food & beverage is an advantage. Background in operations management, office administration, or a related field is also preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
