Responsibilities:

Providing support to the sales team, including managing customer enquiries, processing orders, prepare quotation, tender document preparation & submission and maintaining accurate sales record. Maintaining detailed record and database to track sales activities and performance. Coordinating with other departments, such as Technical, Logistic and Finance, to ensure efficient end-to-end customer service.. Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts and other documents. Answering phone calls and general duties as assigned. Assist to proceed order from e-commerce sales (Shopee, Lazada, etc) Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customer. Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales administration or coordinator role. Candidate must possess with minimum Diploma certificate in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. A proven track record in sales or a related field is advantageous. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize or organize workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to write and speak fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina (Preferably). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
