services -- from signboards and banners to event setups and corporate displays. We pride ourselves on quality, creativity, and reliable project delivery.

Responsibilities:



Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (emails, filing, documentation, scheduling).

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.

Support project planning, job tracking, and delivery arrangements.

Manage inventory and office supplies.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to multitask and work independently.

Experience in the

printing or advertising industry

is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
