Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Degree in any equivalent fields of study
  • At least 1-year administrative office and accounting experience are preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and well time management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of accounting and AutoCount systems will be an added advantage.
  • Assist in data entry, To maintain and updating all records and files regularly.
  • Candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Involve in preparing quotations or tenders to submit to clients.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Handling accounts payable & assist in receivables.
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks pertaining to administrative duties as and when required by the superior.
