Responsibilities 1. Answer incoming calls, reply to incoming messages, and deal with email enquiries. 2. Arrange service maintenance appointments and assist & solve customers\xe2\x80\x99 problems. 3. Perform monthly meter reading tracking and recording. 4. Prepare documents, DO, invoice, agreement, and correspondence. 5. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. 6. Manage meeting agenda, attend meetings, and take meeting minutes. 7. Assists supervisors in developing promotion flyers, job advertisements, social media, and others related to the company\xe2\x80\x99s operations. 8. Performing other relevant duties and assisting colleagues when needed. Our company has been a copier service, rental sales provider in Perak since 1986.
