We are looking for an Experienced Administrator cum Office Manager & HR Exec. General Admin Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and attending to client
Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, tools and equipment loans and calibrations, documentation control & etc
Ensure all related documents and records are properly filed up and well-maintained
Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from the management
HR Admin Responsibilities:
Handling recruitment and selection activities including arrangement for interviews
Assist in staff training and development activities
Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file / records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract
Drafting letters as and when requires
Other Duties as assigned by The Management
Responsible for timely payroll processing such as checking and manage claims and leave management
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures
