  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in relevant field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Computer literature (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Tanggungjawab
  • In-charge of general administrative work.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained.
  • Assist in organizing company events and arrange meeting, team building and staff gathering.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, and filling.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll process.
  • Assist on a recruitment process and other HR relevant matter.
  • Oversee human resource and administrative matters of the company.
  • Fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned as well.
