Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Admin cum Human Resource professional to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making job offers
  • Plan and execute employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Process and manage payroll for employees, including calculating and recording time worked, overtime, and deductions
  • Prepare monthly commission statements for sales staff
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax and other regulatory reports related to payroll
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and addressing concerns from employees
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
