We are seeking an experienced Admin cum Human Resource professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll.
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making job offers
Plan and execute employee onboarding and orientation programs
Administer employee benefits
Process and manage payroll for employees, including calculating and recording time worked, overtime, and deductions
Prepare monthly commission statements for sales staff
Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax and other regulatory reports related to payroll
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and addressing concerns from employees
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
