Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor in Administrative, Business, Office Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1-year experience as Administrative Officer, preferably in similar field or in Property Kiosk Media. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills and can interact with all levels of customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be detail-oriented to ensure job accuracy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi task, organized and possess good time management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Safeguard CS provides kiosk to condominium/apartment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Need to liaise with software and hardware on kiosks readiness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop client support by introducing company and services to potential client. \xe2\x80\xa2 Need to liaise with the client for the kiosk installation at site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide administrative support to daily office operations \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform general administrative work, maintain systematic filing system \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assure the proper recording of business transactions so that the financial statements of the business are accurate and timely. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform day-to-day processing of financial transactions and ensure that they are up to date. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents and other day to day operations of accounts functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform bank reconciliation daily and monthly settlement.
