Your role will be truly crucial in ensuring the growth and success in Physiogo Sdn Bhd. 1. Prepare and handle reports for renewal/ licensing for every branch 2. Preparation, application, submission, update, and documentation reports in relation with government/non-government bodies 3. Prepare, assist and entertained clients, business partners, visitors with appropriate approach 4. Accountable for issuance of notice, memo, minute meeting, slide presentations for the company 5. Arrange any appointment/meetings schedule for the Top Management 6. Responsible to organize and update filing records accurately and accessibly according to the Standard of Procedure 7. Responsible in the overall office supplies and maintenance (Wifi etc) 8. Assist CEO for his daily schedule including assist as a driver 9. Assist in any administrative tasks that related with other department (data entry etc) Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Human Resource or equivalent 2. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Required) 3. Preferably male 4. Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc) 5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 6. Able to work in Bangi 7.
