Tanggungjawab

To execute end-to-end order processing for Domestic customer with effective collaboration with Sales team, Program Management and Product team. This include investigation and resolution of order complaints and resolution of pending orders at pre-order to ensure fulfillment of service according to meet customer\'s expectation, fulfilling customer satisfaction/loyalty and operational excellence.

Area of responsibilities:

Execute and monitor order capture activities until order submission in accordance to implementation timeline
Perform Order Capture process and ensure status is updated to on timely manner
Maintaining order log for performance reporting purposes
