- Organize and maintain personnel records; - Update internal databases for HR and Administrative records; - Payroll preparation for executive and non-executive staff only; - Prepare HR documents, eg. employment contracts, hire guides, etc.; - Liaise with external parties for HR and Administrative related matters, eg. insurance vendors, and legal compliance. etc.; - Answer employee\'s queries about HR-related issues; - Prepare weekly and monthly employees claims; - Assist in recruitment process, training, and events arrangement; - Prepare other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Superior & Management.
