Minimum One (1) years of working experience in admin department.
Proficient in spoken and written in ENGLISH and MANDARIN is a MUST. As the role requires.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, included Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.

Responsibilities
All secretary, administrative, operation and clerical support duties such as welcome guest, organizing files, data management, preparing documents, handle call reply text, meeting arrangement, scheduling appointment, maintenance and upkeep of office, office equipment, stationary and etc.
To assist in basic office general account and HR administrative work.
To maintaining strict confidentiality, and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, clients, government departments, and business associates.
Handling any other ad-hoc duties from various projects as instructed by management from time to time.
