?Restaurant Assistant in F&B industry
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our F&B outlet.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
Supervise staff performance and maintain high service standards
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
Handle inventory, supplier coordination, and cost control
Support marketing and promotional activities to increase sales
Requirements:
Proven experience in restaurant or F&B management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and make sound operational decisions
Passionate about food, customer service, and team development
