To cover the full spectrum of HR and Admin with strong leadership disposition to support Company and all departments on any matters related to HR & Admin.
To manage all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance management, employee relations, training, personnel affairs and administration.
Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
Conduct interviews with stakeholders & follow through with hiring processes.
Conduct new employee induction.
Maintain and update all human resources records such as new hires, employment confirmation, extension, termination, resignation.
Handle monthly payroll and salary reports.
Monthly submission for KWSP/SOCSO/EIS/PCB and yearly filing for employee earning and staff EA.
Implement and monitor with stakeholders on employee performance evaluation across the board.
Analyse, develop and implement HRA policies, Employee Handbook, JDs and SOPs.
Implement & support gap analysis where appropriate in HRA & all departments that coincide with management\xe2\x80\x99s aspirations for company\xe2\x80\x99s business growth plans.
Carryout investigations into employee misconduct & related issues and institute due processes including D.I. and appropriate actions.
Carry out counselling & coaching session with employees, where applicable, to ensure compliance to the expected standards of competence and corrective behaviours of employees.
Carryout planning & implementation of training & development programmes.
Liaise with Heads of department for employees\xe2\x80\x99 compliance with rules, policies and SOPs.
Liaise with relevant Government/Statutory authorities in regards compliance with laws.
Maintain company organizational charts.
Establish, maintain, and update personnel files and to ensure confidentially of all records.
Provide support and advise stakeholders & management on Employee Relations & Welfare activities.
Attend to staff formal/informal grievance and provide feedback to management for necessary actions & solutions.
Be a people\xe2\x80\x99s person for effective dissemination of affirmative company\xe2\x80\x99s and management\xe2\x80\x99s directives and pertinent information.
Administration:
Responsible for all general office administration activities including business license for all branches, land and building assessment, parking lots, tenant agreements, cleaning services, etc,
Able to handle admin work e.g. staff monthly claims,
Any other ad-hoc tasks when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Public Administration or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Administration; and at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial level.
Empathetic towards others, approachable, willing to listen and contribute to raising employee morale.
Must be focused and solution orientated.
Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner, resourceful, creative and can do attitude.
Must be well versed with Labour laws and sound HR/IR practices.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Able to work independently, multitasking and work under pressure.
Team player with a positive working attitude.
Must be able to travel outstation at short notice.
Possess own transport.
Able to start immediately or within short notice.
