Responsibilities \xef\x82\xa7 To implementing and carry out office admin and HR matters \xef\x82\xa7 To ensure HR policy are properly governed and implemented \xef\x82\xa7 To assist in HR recruiting, training and development \xef\x82\xa7 To assist in purchasing, sales and marketing activities \xef\x82\xa7 To maintenance records for staffs and office properties including welfare, correspond equipment and properties \xef\x82\xa7 Attending to personnel related matters, welfare and employment benefits \xef\x82\xa7 To assist in technical support in the company Qualifications and Experience Requirements \xef\x82\xa7 Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience \xef\x82\xa7 Candidates must possess Diploma in Business Administration; Human Resources Management \xef\x82\xa7 Must be able to work independently with little supervision \xef\x82\xa7 In depth understanding of rules and regulation such as Sarawak Labour Ordinance; SOCSO and EPF requirements; Road Transport Rules etc. \xef\x82\xa7 Good interpersonal and communication skills \xef\x82\xa7 Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia
