Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities

1. Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements
2. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
3. Process improvement and standardization initiatives for hiring and on-boarding
4. Attracting suitable candidates through online / offline databases, etc
5. Shortlist suitable candidates based on their qualifications, experiences
6. Screening of applications & assign for interview
7. Conduct the interview, select the suitable candidates
8. To conduct introduction/induction of training for 1st joining
9. Conducts recruitment for Non-Executives positions including Armed Guards, Unarmed Guards, and Bodyguards
10. To prepare & check recruitment documentation after selection
11. To provide weekly & monthly reports of recruitment to HOD
12. Conduct HR induction meetings for new employees, in training employees on HR systems, ISO, policies and procedures, including the delivery of new hire benefits orientations
13. Preparing training record forms and documentations for recruitment
14. Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned by Management/HOD from time to time
15. Develop and keep up to date policies relating to employment and other human resources issues
16. Maintain and update databases and records, control documents and perform data entry.
17. Arrange and schedule necessary training for all the employees.
18. Coordinate with the HR Team/Operations Team for the hiring process and manage the recruitment dashboard.
19. Coordinate with manpower companies as per project site requirements.

Requirements
1. Proven experience as an Admin/Recruitment Officer
2. Minimum 2 years\' experience in Human Resources (Recruitment)
3. Possess SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources (Recruitment)
4. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
5. Computer literate and good knowledge of in Microsoft Office Software
6. Create a good working environment among staff and good communication skills.
7. Able to work independently and flexible in a fast-growing environment and always be as a team with minimum supervision
8. Must be able to undertake another scope like ISO, Safety, and others.
9. Good organisational skills in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
10. Self-motivated, positive, and willing to learn and adapt to the new environment.
11. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the integrity of the company.
12. Ability to conduct a swift interview and selection process to hire suitable candidates within the prescribed time limit.
13. Experienced in mass hiring of Non-Executives candidate
14. Able to do outdoor recruitment
15. Analytical and detailed oriented
16. Able to start work immediately
