Responsible for handling daily purchase data for hardware stores, including keying purchase orders into the system, creating and maintaining product barcodes, and updating inventory records to ensure data accuracy and smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Key in purchase orders into the system
Create, update, and maintain product barcodes
Update inventory and product records
Handle inventory-related documentation
Coordinate with stores and internal teams to ensure data accuracy
Requirements
Minimum secondary school or diploma qualification
Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Auto Count / system entry)
Detail-oriented and responsible
Experience in retail, hardware, or inventory system is an advantage
Able to handle repetitive tasks
