\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the company driver\'s attendance, working schedule, daily assignment, overtime and others related task. Communicate with end user on arrangement of car booking. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the company vehicle including safekeeping of keys, maintenance, road tax, insurance and others related task. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the company hostel, such as management of tenancy agreement, rental payment, utilities bills, conduct audits on periodically basis and others which is related. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the cleaners and monitor the plant, building interior and perimeter cleanliness to ensure 5S standards is achieved. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the office furniture, fixtures and fittings such as cabinet, workstation and others. Responsible for labelling and inventory control of the office furniture, fixtures and fittings, raise purchase requisition when necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage employee\'s daily transportation arrangement and attend to feedback from employees, communicate with vendors ensuring the employees arrives timely. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage aspect of land scaping, pest control and sanitary services, liaise with vendors when required and necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the inventory control of consumable such as toiletry, cleaning and maintenance supplies including stock count and purchase. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the disposal of general waste and liaison with vendor on outbound transportation issue. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle expenses claim, arrangement of meals and dealing with caterer regarding food supply.
