Act as the point of contact for all employees, provide administrative support and manage their queries.

Provide administration support to the team
Provide polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making hotel and restaurant reservations or travel arrangements such as booking flights/cars
Assist HR team with recruitment, on-boarding and termination processes by preparing property checklist, access card and company staff ID card
Print staff ID card for all the region across Malaysia including subsidiaries company
Responsible on expatriate management such as VISA permits of HOD and policies/SOP of exit and returning to Malaysia
Maintain the general office filing system
Handle monthly bill payment such as office rental fees, utilities fees, corporate parking fees and company telco line
Raise request to procurement department on stationary ordering by email
Maintain drivers' schedules, OT claims and company car insurance
Handle on HOD's personal claims and administration claims
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre- U, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess positive attitude, proactive, responsible, punctuality, patience and detail oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel.
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Well-organized with strong time management skills
