\xe2\x80\xa2To manage the daily human resources activities and general office administrative work \xe2\x80\xa2To handle the recruitment process for new joining and conduct the employee orientation program \xe2\x80\xa2To prepare documents for foreign workers\xe2\x80\x99 renewal process on the timely manner \xe2\x80\xa2To handle and submit the relevant documentation and contribution to government agencies timely \xe2\x80\xa2To update and kept properly the worker personnel file and database \xe2\x80\xa2To prepare and handle the salary and statutory payment process \xe2\x80\xa2To prepare all relevant HR letter, memo or notice \xe2\x80\xa2To handle Human Resource and office admin relevant government application and visits \xe2\x80\xa2To handle the employee accident claim and training grant claim as requirement \xe2\x80\xa2To process the analysis of data to the requirement of QMS & FSMS \xe2\x80\xa2To check the worker attendant and update the worker leave in related system \xe2\x80\xa2To prepare documents for SME grant, trademark application, etc, as per the requirements \xe2\x80\xa2To monitor and renew Company\xe2\x80\x99s licenses and permits \xe2\x80\xa2To support industrial relations and employee relation matters \xe2\x80\xa2To be responsible to personal hygiene and environment, quality, safety and 5S implementation \xe2\x80\xa2To perform other duties that has been assigned from time to time
