Key Responsible
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team and ensure smooth office operations.
Organize and manage the company calendar, including scheduling meetings, interviews, appointments, and events.
Coordinate recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-ups on action items.
Assist in planning and organizing internal meetings, team activities, and client appointments.
Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, stakeholders and external partners.
Support management in daily tasks, handle ad-hoc assignments, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
