Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, preferably in a sizable organization.
Basic understanding of digital marketing or paid advertising campaigns is an added advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggungjawab
Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and oversee office maintenance.
Assist in Human Resources functions, including new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Evaluate campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
Involve in online advertising communications with the sales team and account servicing team to assist with ad operation issues.
