JOB SCOPE :
1. Order Fulfillment & Packing
Pack customer orders neatly and accurately.
Ensure correct items, shades, and quantities.
Prepare parcels for courier pickup (Shopee, TikTok & etc.).
Only parcels for J&T need to send manually (J&T hub nearby office).
Update packing status in system or platform.
Manage daily shipment deadlines.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels and report low/out-of-stock items.
Assist in stock counting (daily/weekly/monthly).
Organize shelves, packing room, and product storage.
Label and arrange new stock arrivals.
3. Administrative Support
Handle basic documentation, data entry, and filing.
Update spreadsheets (orders, stock, expenses, staff records).
Prepare simple reports when needed.
Manage office supplies (stationery, packaging materials).
4. Customer & Platform Support
Assist in replying to simple customer inquiries (TikTok, Shopee, WhatsApp).
Coordinate with couriers regarding parcel issues.
Help check order status, returns/exchanges, and missing items.
5. Operation Support
Assist during product launches (labeling, stock prep, packing rush).
Help maintain cleanliness & organization of the workspace.
Support team during events, shooting days, or restocking days.
6. General Office Duties
Receive and record incoming parcels or supplies.
Handle basic errands when needed.
Maintain office cleanliness (common areas).
Working hours: Monday - Friday : 9.000am - 6.00pm
Immediate hiring. Office location located at Puchong Utama. Wajib cukup solat 5 waktu.
