Full - Admin Pickup Kulai Indahpura (Some other vacancies are also open at J&T Kulai)
Location:

  • J&T Kulai (MCD Indahpura area)
Jalan Kasturi 36/43, Asiatic Indahpura Car City, 81000 Senai, Johor Darul Ta'zim
Qualifications:
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the field of administration / clerical is an advantage, but not required.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer systems.
  • Disciplined, meticulous, able to manage various tasks (multitasking), and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Have good communication skills in Malay & English (written and spoken).
Job Information:
  • Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
  • Work Location: On-site

Responsibilities
  • Manage the process of entering, updating, and maintaining data into the company's system accurately and consistently, ensuring that information is always up-to-date and reliable.
  • Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of all data and records managed in accordance with company policy.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including file handling, organizing physical and digital documents, and ensuring all records are organized and easily accessible when needed.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to operations, including drafting official letters and other supporting documents to support the smooth running of administrative activities.
  • Provide assistance and support to the operations and management team in carrying out tasks involving coordination, communication, and documentation between departments.
  • Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure all administrative, logistics, and operational processes run smoothly, on time, and according to established standards.
  • Ensure that every task performed complies with company guidelines, internal policies, and relevant employment laws, to support a professional and organized work environment.
