Job Description

1. Monitors outsource security on duty as to ensure adherence to scope of works as per contract
2. Ensure hired guards adhere and implement security regulations and procedures within KLCC Precinct.
3. Provide support in any case with local authorities (Police, DBKl, JPJ, LPKP) as instructed by Security Management
4. Coordinate with other facilities on security function within KLCC Precinct.
5. Ensure cameras and monitors installed in KLCC Precinct Common Areas are in working order.
6. Alert all personnel and other facilities within KLCC precinct on any potential incident or threat.
7. Prepare and compile data/footage/information on incident (criminal and non-criminal) for necessary action by relevant parties (i.e., Security investigation/CE/CF/authorities).
8. Conduct training to outsourced security on communication and response to enhance their competency.
9. Ensure that all the monitors and server are in good working condition. If any of the camera\xe2\x80\x99s failed it will appear \xe2\x80\x98VIDEO LOSS\xe2\x80\x99 or \xe2\x80\x98BLUE SCREEN\xe2\x80\x99 and follow up to record down the address of the effected camera in the logbook and KPSOC 1.
10. Respond to all activities based on procedures and work instructions accordingly.
11. Under no circumstances data/footage/information to be shared or released to anyone without Security Management approval.
12. Handle intelligence sources with confidentiality and create an information flow with a view to protect KLCC\xe2\x80\x99s assets, information, and personnel.
13. Adherence to the group Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) and SOMS requirement in all Operations and Maintenance activities. Compliance to PETRONAS Fatigue Management requirement.
