Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing documents
  • Good at organizing negotiator data documents and files in a systematic manner
  • Able to communicate well both in writing and orally
  • Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
  • Organized, well-disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a group
  • Possess own transportation
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to negotiators by organizing documents, and preparing contracts and agreements.
  • Assist new negotiators with onboarding, including familiarizing them with the company\'s policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Facilitate training for negotiators to improve their skills and knowledge in the real estate industry.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures specific to negotiators to ensure compliance with the company\'s standards and regulations.
  • Support negotiators in addressing any concerns they may have related to their work.
  • Process and submit registration applications for negotiators with LPPEH.
  • Manage the company\'s merchandise, including T-shirts, blazers, lanyards, name cards, and other promotional items.
  • Order merchandise based on company branding guidelines and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Maintain inventory of merchandise and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate the distribution of merchandise to negotiators, or branch offices as needed.
  • Organizing and planning trainings, such as Seminar Success, and Beginner Startup Training.
