Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and document control.
Maintain and update company records, employee files, and other documentation systematically.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and correspondence as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, courier documents, etc.).
Support in maintaining office supplies inventory and stationery requests.
Coordinate and assist with document submissions to clients, consultants, or relevant authorities.
Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems (hardcopy and electronic).
Support site or HQ team in daily administrative and clerical tasks.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum
SPM / Certificate / Diploma
in Business Administration or related field.
Preferably with
1 year of working experience
in administrative or clerical work.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
.
Able to handle filing, scanning, and documentation efficiently.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
