Job Description

:



Responsible for daily administration and operation for KL branch
Coordinate tasks and schedules for manager and operation team
Handle correspondence, prepare monthly report for client, letters and memos
Manage employee & guards attendance, discipline and leave records
Experienced in administrative work and tender management on E-Perolehan (EP), Tender Selangor, and any other tender system platforms for both government and private tenders for security provisions.
Review and respond to any emails related to tenders or other business matters.
Liaise with security officers, client companies, government bodies for project/tender-related matters.
Prepare claims and petty cash claims
Monitor and manage office supplies and guards uniforms purchasing
Liaising with service providers for office maintenance and cleanliness
Collecting timesheet data and payroll information, entering data into the payroll system and compiling payroll reports
Perform other administrative tasks, including mailing, data entry, incoming calls, scanning, copying and binding

Requirement:



Female candidate only
Able to start as soon as possible (A.S.A.P) or with short notice
Well-versed in Malay and English
Experience working in a security company is an advantage
Minimum qualification Diploma
1-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in a security company
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Able to work with minimal supervision, self-motivated, have good communication and problem solving skills
Able to perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned and directed from time to time from director, manager and superiors
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Must be willing to work in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
