This role is a general administrative position where the successful candidate will have the responsibility to administer various tasks on a daily basis for the management office. Candidates should be looking for a challenging environment, enjoy multi-tasking, and be well organized. The Admin Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and timely execution of organizational priorities.
Candidates should be able to touch type at a minimum of 50WPM, be familiar with general computer programs, comfortable in liaising with Government Departments, and able to speak both Malay and English fluently.

Responsibilities
You will be reporting to the Director and ensuring all assigned administrative tasks are followed through and completed by the required deadline. They include any tasks assigned to you by the Director and not excluding:
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Coordinate departmental communications and ensure timely information flow.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
Maintain confidential records and filing systems.
Compile data for decision-making and strategic planning.
Conduct research and for briefing materials preparation.
Support monitoring of KPIs and organizational performance.
Ensure professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
Skills And Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Fresh graduates or entry-level positions with 1 year experience candidates are encouraged to apply
Meticulous approach to administrative tasks, detail-oriented, efficient and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Microsoft Office, scheduling and con-call tools.
Familiarity with office equipment, such as fax machines, copy machines, and phone systems, business email system, such as Microsoft Outlook.
Highly organized and able to follow instructions accurately, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously.
Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong task and time management skills; basic math abilities and an understanding of basic financial concepts
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
Problem-solving and proactive thinking.
