Bachelor degree or above, must be fluent or proficient in English both written and spoken; Mandarin will be a plus;
A minimum of 2 years working experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management;
Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn; Good sense of responsibility and self-management skills
Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects;
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges;
Have a background of living and studying abroad, with an international outlook and a love I.T industry

Manage professional and personal scheduling , including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics;
Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives;
Manage senior executive\'s travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals;
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials;
Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site;
