We are now looking for a Administration Specialist. This position will be located in Johor Bahru.

Who you\'ll do

  • Filing and maintain all documentation and reports related to Government and statutory matters
  • Assisting in carrying out training plan and implementation of training need analysis in line with development plan identification
  • Assist in documentation filing and updating for all Training records as per ISO requirements
  • Management of HRDF fund for effective utilisation within the organization
  • Document submission and collection from local banks and authorities
  • Data preparation for Payroll vendor, calculations, reconciliation, and reporting via the Time Management System
  • Ensuring employees welfare are being managed which includes employee insurance, medicals, canteen, and others agreed upon
  • Support front desk and administration upon requirement
  • All other tasks assigned by manager upon discussion with the employee
Who are you
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
  • Independent, committed, results oriented with good interpersonal and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and execute functions accurately with excellent attention for details.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
