Trust their experienced team to deliver the assurance and expertise needed.As Administration Support Officer, you play a crucial role in managing client communications and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations. You will work seamlessly with the team, consistently providing reliable and professional administrative support.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, promptly answering calls in a courteous and professional manner and referring inquiries outside your authority or expertise as needed.
  • Accurately document all actions, including calls and emails, in the client's underwriting file.
  • Process tasks efficiently and in line with company procedures to meet key business targets.
  • Maintain an effective diary system to ensure timely follow-up on tasks as per the General Insurance Code of Practice.
  • Evaluate broker inquiries and assist in determining coverage terms and conditions based on underwriting guidelines and company policies.
  • Ensure work accuracy and adherence to processes while handling a high volume of inquiries with strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate suggestions for efficiency to your Team Leader or Manager.
  • Report any issues identified to management and handle ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Play an active role in delivering an exceptional customer service experience through professionalism and proactive engagement.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to meet service levels and individual KPIs while demonstrating strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive "can-do" attitude with a commitment to delivering results.
