RESPONSIBILITIES: a)Responsible for recruitment and arranging interview with related H.OD. b)Conducting introduction / orientation programs to new employees, updating the Employee Training Record (refer to ISO procedures). c)Responsible to monitor and prepare for foreign workers permit renewal, medical check-up, return, reporting & etc with related government department. d)Responsible to conduct on-site check and ensure foreign worker hostels compliance with the Standard Minimum Perumahan, penginapan Dan Kemudahan Pekerja 1990 / (Pindaan) 2019 (Akta 466). e)Responsible to monitor and keep track of employee\xe2\x80\x99s record including leaves, attendance, overtime & etc records. f)Responsible to arrange internal / external training with training provider, arranging HRDF claim. To prepare and update the annual training plan, Employee Training Record, Evaluation Training Record & etc (Refer to ISO procedures). g)Responsible to renew insurance and road tax for company motor vehicle. h)Responsible to keep the record on company motor vehicle use by individual for company business purpose. i)Responsible for general filing and typing. j)Take phone calls and direct message promptly to the concerned personnel. k)Feedback employee grievances to the management. l)Responsible to administration work related to HR. m) Assist the Administrative & HR Executive to control the document. n)Responsible to monitoring and update all jobs scope assigned related to Account / Admin. o)To undertake any other tasks or duties assigned by superior or management from time to time to suit to the company need and market demand. REQUIREMENTS: a) Min Certificate in related qualification or equivalent with 2 years working experience in manufacturing HR field. b) Knowledge of computer is preferred. c) Able to work in a team & independently.
