Job Description


Process order on a timely basis once received from customer to meet customer delivery requirement date. Ensure downpayment collection if there is any. Ensure Purchasing team to process PO to supplier once payment received. Closely monitor order delivery with Purchasing team to shorten the delivery lead time. Consistent follow up open Sales Order on weekly basis. To provide Open Sales Order and Billing report on bi-weekly basis. Responsive, effective and timely communication with customer for every enquiry and delivery status/arrangement. Perform any ad hoc Sales Operation Team (SOT) related assignment as and when required. To consistently monitor the order status with Logistic team for billing preparation. To chase supplier to pull in delivery date to avoid penalty from customer. To ensure the invoices reach the right party for effectively payment collection. To assist in tender preparation. To assist in preparing quotation to customer & Purchase Requisition for purchasing purposes when required. To support Post-Sales Ordering Processing when required. At least 3 years working experience in sales administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good Command of English. A team player as well as strong self-motivator to succeed. Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage. Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
