Job Description


Job Responsibility To process customer order using Auto Count System (Jobsheet, Invoice, Statement, and others) Communicate and provide timely responses between customer, sales, operation, and technician. Email and post invoices, warranty card & others related document to customers. Manage and monitor Technician schedule based on order received. To contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and in person. To handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints in an effective manner. To ensure that quality service is provided to customers and maintain close rapport with them. Job Requirements Preferably with at least 1 years of working experience in administrative and sales job. Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Can speak in English & Mandarin. Job Benifits High basic salary (based on working experience).
