Job Description


Job Responsibility Oversee and manage overall inventory control activities in maximizing live show s efficiency and productivity. Oversee relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage supply chains to optimize costs Oversee and monitor inbound and outbound of live show sampling. Take charge and liaise with the content team on the sampling preparation and inventory. Liaise with vendors on the sampling inbound details before actual live show. Ensure stock control system / logbook is up to date, inventory s accuracy, and conditions. Administer and coordinate with KAM team and vendors on any admin job such as on-boarding documentations and agreement preparation. Any other ad-hoc job / reports assigned by superior. Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, or any equivalent. Preferably those with warehousing / inventory control experience. Able to read/write/converse in Mandarin & English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Microsoft Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Able to work under stressful environment and meeting tight deadlines Job Benifits Commission based Office within walking distance from LRT station Teambuilding and training programs Free parking, snacks and coffee
