Responsibilities

    • Issue reminder letter and update Credit Risk Management file, Invoice, debit/credit note including Inter-branch Stock billing
    • Issue Debit Note on branches\' display/listing fee claim and Trade Marketing\'s monthly promotional claim to Principal
    • Issuing of official receipt, perform cashier role
    • Perform 2 or 3 way matching suppliers\' invoice, DO and PO
    • Coding and data entry of suppliers Invoice into the System
    • Manage Supplier\'s payment and Supplier Statement reconciliation
    • Update bank book for payment issuance, perform AP month-end closing
    • Supplier data management
    • Journal Entry
    • Update financial statement and update audit schedule.
    • Maintain fixed assets register
    • Perform period close
    • Verifying stock valuation
    • Preparing related parties transaction schedule

Requirements
    • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
    • LCCI Level 2 and below, fresh graduate encourage to apply
    • Good in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
