SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.

Provide overall administrative and office support through conducting and organizing administrative duties to facilitate an efficient operation of the school services.
To provide administration assistance as required by stakeholders.
Facilitate timely payment to external vendors.
Receive and process all fees related transaction.
Maintain filing system /archiving dates files and ensuring all confidential records are properly kept daily.
Provide administrative support services to the academic team.
To manage the ordering of stationeries and ensure that supply is available at all times.
Communicate in person or by telephone/email with customers in a professional and tactful manner. Respond to queries, requests and emerging issues accurately and in a timely and constructive manner.
Escalate issuer that needs to be taken into account.
Undertake other tasks, such as participating in orientations/inductions, and enrollment sessions, as requested.
