Job Description




POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To assist in the execution of Human Resource function of recruitment and selection process at the least operating cost as many competent individuals as need to fill job vacancies for the company

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Recruitment/Selection

  • To assist in carrying out all sourcing/selection activities (advertisement, short listing, interview arrangement, panel selection etc), follow established sourcing/selection policies & procedures
  • To prepare approval form for hiring for all positions
  • Liaise with stakeholder to get signature for approval form
  • Liaise with administration unit for ticket arrangement for panel or
Candidate (Internal)
  • Update e Staff Requisition and Recruitment status on success candidate
  • Liaise with Employee Relations Unit on any documents relate to recruitment and hiring of success candidate
  • To prepare approval paper for hiring in the absence of Executive
  • Perform first layer prescreen of candidate in company career database
  • Involve in any open interview arrangement conduct by Recruitment team
Employer Branding
  • Involve in career fairs - organized by major organizers i.e. Ministry of Higher Education, Jobstreet, JobsDB etc - as per agreed by management.
Key Challenges
  • To ensure all documents prepared for interview session are accurate, proper manage and ready before the interview session
  • Well prepared with all information\'s related to the position and company background during the interview session in case question by panel or candidates
Skills
  • Good written and communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Team work & Self starter
  • Result oriented
  • Good interpersonal skill with positive attitude
  • Able to determine priorities and organise work for maximum delivery results.
  • High confidentiality and ability to manage confidential employee information.
  • Must be computer literate

  • Diploma holder with at least 1 year relevant working experience
  • CGPA

Education

  • Diploma in preferably with specialization in Human Resources or Business Administration
