Line of Service Internal Firm ServicesIndustry/Sector Not ApplicableSpecialism IFS - Human Capital (HC)Management Level Manager & Summary A career in our Global Role - Practice Support team, within Leadership and Global Roles, will provide you with the opportunity to define, articulate, and communicate the overall PwC network strategy and drive a wide range of projects across various lines of service and territories to help achieve PwC\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.Learning & Development Programme DeploymentSupporting the execution of ongoing Asia Pacific development programmes, which includes The Leadership Equation, New Partners Experience, Asia Leadership Programme, Understanding Clients Strategic Agenda, Six Paradoxes of Leadership Masterclass, The Next Pinnacle, as well as the annual AP HC Leaders meeting.End-to-end management of learning solutions. This includes project management and budget management of multiple concurrent programmes within a dynamic environment.Partnering with the HC and L&D leaders from the respective territories across the region to gather interest for development programmes and feedback on AP initiatives.Assessing the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions by leveraging technology where appropriate, and using learning analytics to draw insight and make data-driven recommendations.Leading and providing mentorship to the Senior Associate on the team who will also be supporting programme deployment.Learning & Development Programme Design and DeliveryWorking with the Asia Pacific L&D Director and Asia Pacific HC Senior Manager to identify skills gaps and learning needs to support business goals.Working with internal and external learning providers to finalise learning design and content that is aligned with programme objectives and business needs, with the guidance of the Asia Pacific L&D Director and Asia Pacific HC Senior Manager.Identifying and exploring partnerships with new learning providers to expand learning offerings for the region.Delivering and facilitating learning solutions, on a limited basis.Developing and updating learning content for internally designed development programmes, also on a limited basis.Data, Analytics and People TechnologyWorking with the global data team to maintain and adapt the newly developed Asia Pacific People Dashboard. This includes updating and adjusting the dashboard format and build in response to the Asia Pacific Executive Team\xe2\x80\x99s data needs.Taking lead in the development of more data, analytics and technology related tools that will benefit Asia Pacific and / or the HC teams of respective territories, e.g. predictive tool for resignations, AI bots for recruitmentSpecial ProjectsTaking lead in the conceptualisation, design, planning and execution of people related projects, based on the identified people priority for the region. This is done with the guidance of the Asia Pacific HC Senior Manager.Preferred skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a Human Capital (HC) role with program management experience. Experience in designing and implementing learning solutions is preferred.
  • Demonstrates innovation, creativity, and a growth mindset, willing to explore and implement new ideas in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Possesses excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in event planning and execution.
  • Experienced in budget management, demonstrating the ability to allocate resources effectively and manage expenditures within specified financial parameters.
  • Resourceful and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision, maintaining composure and delivering results under pressure.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of evaluating the impact of external changes on business operations and learning requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with dynamic interpersonal abilities to articulate compelling viewpoints and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of contract management and adeptness in negotiating with external partners, collaborating effectively with internal legal teams as needed.
  • Past HRBP related experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable with exploring new data and digital tools. Experience with data analytics software such as Power BI and Alteryx is preferred.
  • Readiness and willingness to experiment and try new things / develop new solutions outside current scope of experience and expertise. Being comfortable but productive with ambiguity is a big plus.
