Job Description


The Admissions Executive represents the School to prospective parents, students and other individuals or organizations involved in the School selection process. He/She is responsible to provide information, advice, and guidance on admission requirements. In addition, he/she is also responsible for the various functions in carrying out effective admission duties.KEY RESULT AREAS/RESPONSIBILITES

  • To handle all enquiries via telephone and walk in from parents and potential parents.
  • To collect and record required information into the student management system.
  • To supervise and manage matters pertaining to the validity of travelling documents and status of residency in Malaysia with parents.
  • To assist in uploading the valid document in student management system
  • To handle correspondences and procedure pertaining to students\' admissions, students\' withdrawal and parents\' enquiries
  • To prepare and submit weekly and monthly student enrolment reports to the Principal, HOS and School Management
  • To be back up person to manage placement tests, data entry and maintaining the admissions email.
  • To assist in any other matters required by the Admissions Manager and Principal
JOB SPECIFICATION
\xe2\x97\x8f Degree in relevant discipline or equivalentRELATED EXPERIENCE
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the education industry
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience working in a school environment is an added advantage\xe2\x97\x8f Possess good command of spoken and written in MandarinCOMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of and skills in using computer software e.g. Microsoft software applications
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques and standards
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to analyse and interpret the needs of students and offer appropriate solutions
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work with minimal supervision
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably
with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner
\xe2\x97\x8f Possess a good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin
\xe2\x97\x8f Possess good planning, organising, coordinating, presentation and time management
skills
