Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group's Health Division is partnering with a fast-growing aesthetic company in Malaysia. As the business growth and expansion continues, our esteemed client is looking for a Clinic Manager to join their team. This position is to be based in Selangor, Malaysia.Job Responsibilities:
- Able to establish and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Provides Aesthetic consultations to customers.
- Able to assist doctors in clinical procedures and consultation.
- Lead and manage a team of staffs.
- Oversee the daily operations of clinic.
- Able to perform facial treatments in safe and comfortable manner.
- Establish good rapport and to give professional advice to potential clients.
- Provide excellent recommendations on products, treatments to clients.
- Able to consult on client's needs by suggesting personalized treatment plans for them.
- Prepare the treatment room before each treatment.
- Check that all necessary products are in sufficient quantities
- Ensure room cleanliness and tidiness of the treatment room
- Tidy the room and prepare the material required for the treatment (towels, headband, cushions)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Able to work on weekend.
- Strong communication skill in English and Mandarin.
